2. Exhibitor’s Desired Space and Advertisement

A. Raw space rental (minimum 6 square meters)

Remark: the exhibitor that rents less than 36sqm raw space, must book the above stand equipment.

C. Additional Cleaning Service Fee:

· Cleaning Service Fee Euro 25 per sq.m. x sq.m. = Euro
The organizer will provide the following for the exhibitor:
1. the Glass, Buckets, Ice, Water,1 refrigerator or Wine cooler with 6~48 bottles
2. the service of cleaning the Glass for you in 3 days

 

D. 2013 Shanghai International Wine Tasting Meeting (Optional)

· The Service Fee: Euro 450 per table x table(s). = Euro
(The service includes the size of the table of 120cm x 77cm, the Glass, Buckets, Ice, Water, tasting guide and related service)

 

E. Advertisement Rate:

F. the registration fee of the Co-Exhibitor

If you wish to share his space with co-exhibitor, you must additionally pay Euro 500 of the registration fee to the Organizer, and the contact information of the co-exhibitor will be publishing on the official catalogue and website.
· The Registration fee EURO 500 per co-exhibitor x = Euro

 

G. Discount:

Before April 01, 2013 the application form with the receipt of the deposit due will be accepted, the exhibitor will be entitled to get one of the following favorable choices:
A discount of 10% off the raw space rental.
One 4C page advertisement on the official catalogue (the rate of the full page 4C is Euro 1000)
Prior to booking 27sqm or more, the opportunity to earn 30-mintue time during wine tasting meeting to promote your wine and company
One AD banner(216 pix x 60 pix) on the official website for one year

 

3. Total & Deposit:

Total Amount Due A+B +C+D+E+F-G = Euro

The Deposit Due (Total Amount Due X 50%) = Euro

Remark: The receipt of the deposit due must be accompanied with the application form. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the exhibitor (see article 7 of the general regulation).

 

4. Terms of Payment:

Please enclose the receipt of payment of 50% the total space cost as deposit for the exhibition area desired; payment is made by T/T to:

Remark: 1. If the payment is made by bank transfer please indicate clearly: Wine China 2013 and Company Name.
    2. The balance of space cost must have been paid before July 10, 2013.
    3. All transfer expenses will be borne by the exhibitor.
We herewith recognize and abides by the legal validity of the General Regulations of Wine China 2013 (click her for the details), and acknowledge the truth that the organizer only accepts Application Forms duly filled in and signed, accompanied by the copy of the receipt for the deposit due by and not beyond July 10, 2013. After July 10, 2013 requests and applications will be accepted at the discretion of the organizer and put on the waiting list. No rights hereunder shall accrue to the exhibitor until the payment for space is made in full and this contract has been accepted in writing and signing. A copy of booth confirmation and invoice will be sent to the exhibitor after booth space is assigned and the contract is signed.
